Delivery: We aim to despatch all in-stock items within 2 days. Some large items are delivered directly from our suppliers. In all cases we will provide a tracking code once the order has been despatched. Delivery costs (if applicable) are calculated on a per order basis and shown at checkout.
Click & Collect: Available on all orders. The collection point is our Lancashire HQ and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection. For any order where you are requesting a fitting or installation service, please select click & collect at checkout.
