Where do you ship
We only ship to the UK and do not offer shipping options to Europe or the rest of the world at this stage. Please contact us before ordering if you need to check specific shipping requirements.
How will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped out of our UK warehouse with one of our trusted couriers. Our couriers include DPD, Evri and Royal Mail. The courier used to ship your order is determined by ourselves once your order has been placed and normally depends on the size, volume and shipping destination.
The selected courier for your order will be referenced in your order confirmation email which you will receive once we have processed your order. Once your order has been shipped, this will be confirmed via email and you will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery.
All courier services used are express delivery services to ensure you receive your order in a reasonable time frame from the date of your order being shipped. (UK addresses are normally 1-2 days transit time). In total all orders should be recieved in 5-7 working days.
When will my order be shipped?
We hold limited stock due to storage limitations, so we order all stock as required to fulfil daily orders. Products shown as 'In Stock' are available with our suppliers and are shipped to us within 1 working day of your order being placed. These items will be shipped to our customers as soon as they are received and we expect all orders to be received within 7 days of the order being placed with Redknot Campers.
All other items labelled with different lead times are dependent on stock levels with our suppliers. If there is a problem with availability once you have placed an order we will contact you asap. If you wish to check availability on item/s before placing an order feel free to use our contact us page.
Our Redknot Axis and Furniture Products are made to order and will be shipped out as soon as it has been manufactured and is ready to ship from our warehouse. For a more accurate lead time on 'Made to Order' items, we would recommend that you enquire before placing an order.
Please note that if you order more than one item, your order will only be shipped once all items are ready to be shipped together.
Redknot Return Policy
Within 60 days of purchase: Full refund less shipping charges (if applicable)
Please return items in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.
