Our shop ethos is simple; If we wouldn’t put it on/in our own vans we don't sell it! Our workshop team create high quality van to campervan conversions, building the perfect camper for your next adventure. Whether you're looking for for a head turning day van, a practical family bus or want to disappear into the wilderness for days at a time, we can work with you to provide the ideal setup. We also work with self builders to complete those scary jobs that you’d rather leave to the professionals, such as pop-top and window installations.

Where the journey started
Redknot started life in 2020. In the middle of a global pandemic, the whole world found itself locked down. With time to reflect on what was truly important in our lives, like so many we developed a deeper appreciation of what had been taken for granted; spending quality time with those closest to us and travel. Fuelled by our passion for exploring the outdoors, engineering and modifying anything with an engine we founded Redknot; a business that brings people together through shared experiences of fantastic adventures.
Why Redknot?
Red Knots are migratory birds that travel incredible distances, and are present on nearly all continents of the world. They often concentrate in large numbers at stop over points to feed and socialise. Red Knots are also heavily impacted by human activity, and have seen a sharp decline in numbers as a result. This works as a perfect metaphor for what Redknot Campers aims to deliver; Campervan conversions and products that enable our customers to visit treasured destinations with as little impact on the planet as we can.
