Solace is a conversion for those that want everything. Designed for long tours and off-grid adventures, Solace provides solar charging, a large leisure battery, hot water & heating setup and an inverter for 240v electronics whilst off-grid.

Solace Specs
Solace has been designed to be an all year round, cosy campervan that comes with all the things required for extended trips away from home, both off grid and on campsites.
We've got a hot water and air heater to keep you warm in the colder months. A pop top for additional head height and sleeping capacity. A long kitchen unit with storage, a dual hob, sink and fridge for cooking and cleaning away from home.
Finally, the extensive electrical setup provides a huge lithium leisure battery, inverter for 240v appliances and large solar panel for continuous day time charging with plenty of USB charging ports and plugs to charge the family electronics and kitchen gadgets.
Our dream for this conversion was to provide a campervan that can be enjoyed by the whole family, wherever you choose to take it, from weekends away to European road trips!
This conversion can be completed on any Volkswagen Transporter T5, T6, T6.1 or T7 vehicle in either long (LWB) or short wheelbase (SWB) variants.

What are the steps?
It all starts with a chat. We get to know you, your van and the dreams you have for using it. The consultation helps us to understand what is important to you in the conversion, what budget you are working with and what style of conversion appeals.
At this point we can cost up an accurate estimate for your conversion with a breakdown of material and labour costs for your consideration.
At this stage if you look to proceed with the project, we take a deposit, which secures your place in our conversion calendar whilst we work through the final details of the delivery.
At this stage we work through the finer details of the delivery, walking you through different finishes and product options and helping you to find the right base vehicle if required. Any changes and choices here that affect the estimate will be clearly explained as we finalise the design and build specification.
We will provide you with a date to drop the van off for us and an estimation of how long we need the vehicle.
Due to the nature of campervan conversion, and the number of suppliers & products used, timelines can sometimes slip, but we will keep you informed and up to date as the build progresses and we will never cut corners to get a job out quickly.
The exciting part! We'll invite you into our workshop for a demo and to handover the vehicle.
During the demo, we will walk you through how the conversion works, how to use everything we've fitted, how to take care of it and we'll answer any questions you have.
We offer a 2 week hyper-care package with all conversion works, so as you start using your new ride, if you notice anything you'd like to discuss, we can get you booked in to ensure you're completely satisfied with the product and how to use it.
