The Kamado Bono Minimo 15" grill is sturdy, compact Kamado grill that's perfect for putting in the back of your van or car for thos camping getaways. The model is great for cooking for small groups (up to 5 people) so perfect for family trips. The Minimo grill set has a ceramic grill with a stand and two handles for easy lifting and transportation. The unit has an innovative fiberglass gasket seal, very thick heat deflector, ash removal tool, protective grill cover and stainless steel grill grate gripper, providing every you need to cook meat, fish and vegetables to perfection. The grill provides various cooking options, such as cooking on direct heat, indirect heat, using the heat deflector or can be used to smoke food for an authentic smokey flavour.
